Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) provides affordable housing and resident services to about 1360 household living in 14 properties located throughout Arlington County. APAH is conducting a resident customer satisfaction survey regarding the provision of maintenance, leasing, and resident services at its properties. The plan is to survey all leaseholders over a four year
