RSVP Northern Virginia will be holding a free Bocce Picnic and Play event, Thursday, Aug. 2, 2018, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Green Acres Center in the City of Fairfax. “When I retired I knew I wanted to volunteer, says RSVP Northern Virginia volunteer Pat Dubois. “ I wasn’t sure what opportunities really suited me,” the Falls Church resident says.
“I just cannot say enough about how much volunteering has benefited me,” says RSVP Northern Virginia volunteer Sue Dussinger.
“I love to help others,” says Ken Kozloff, RSVP volunteer. “I enjoy volunteering with RSVP, not only for what I do as a volunteer, but also for the social aspect of working with other people.”
