By VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) provides free tax preparation to qualified individuals and families in Northern Virginia. This program run by the Fairfax County Department of Family Services needs volunteers to help with:
- Providing tax preparation
- Online tax coaching
- Social media outreach
- IT support
- Greeters, screeners, and language interpreters, including ASL
No experience necessary, as free training is provided.
Volunteer training has begun, with volunteer services running through mid-April. Jump in now!
