Since 1984, Insight Memory Care Center (IMCC) has been striving to help those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments achieve the highest quality of life. Through a nonprofit adult day health and resource center, individuals, their families, and caregivers are provided with specialized care, support, and education.
Currently, IMCC is looking for in-person, fully vaccinated volunteers to assist in the day center with activities and lunch.
IMCC is also searching for someone who could come in and assist staff with a Spanish-speaking participant on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Volunteers will need to fill out a questionnaire, take their temperature before entering, wear a mask at all times, and maintain social distancing while in the day center. In-person opportunities include assisting with activities and music performance opportunities.
