Capital Caring Health on the Lookout for Survey Caller Volunteers

Capital Caring Health, a non-profit organization, serves over 1,200 patients and their families with advanced illness in the Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. Each day, Capital Caring Health ensures those patients can receive care of the highest quality.

Quality Survey Callers help ensure that services reached those who need it most, as well as track data.

• Quality Survey Caller
  • Time commitment: 2-4 hours a month for a period of 6 months-1 year
  • Skills: Friendly phone voice and demeanor
  • Training: Provided. Volunteers will follow a script, as well as have the full support of Capital Caring Health when needed.
  • Background check required. Administered at the expense of Capital Caring Health.
