October is in the air at RSVP-Northern Virginia and that means Volunteer Fairfax’s VolunteerFest is just around the corner.
This year, RSVP is hosting not just one, but two VolunteerFest projects with two of our fantastic partners United Community and CRi. Both will be hosting separate VolunteerFest projects on Saturday, Oct. 26. If you are ready to sign up for these one of these meaningful and fun projects that begin in the morning on this important Saturday, click on one of the links below.
For those volunteers who may not be able to fit the entire five hours of our CRi project into their schedules, we now have some “bite” size shifts for the same project. Sign up now at RSVP CRi VolunteerFest Shifts.

What is VolunteerFest?
VolunteerFest, a project of Volunteer Fairfax, takes place on Saturday, October 26th and Sunday, October 27th. VolunteerFest is a region-wide day of community service. Your help is needed to make a difference in your community.
Now in its 24th year, volunteers have donated tens of thousands of hours through VolunteerFest, helping to make our community a vibrant place to live, work, and play. VolunteerFest mobilizes hundreds of volunteers to help nonprofits accomplish tasks that they would not have the time or resources to do on their own.
Wouldn’t you like to make a difference and make new friends at the same time?
Below are descriptions of the projects we are offering on Oct. 26th!
Every volunteer who takes part in either of these events will receive a free VolunteerFest 2019 tee-shirt.
