We’d like to thank all the RSVP-Northern Virginia volunteers who turned out in full force in support of the 50+ Employment Expo yesterday at the Marriott at Fair Oaks.
Volunteers helped in a variety of ways that ranged from greeting and registering guests to staffing the RSVP-Northern Virginia booth located in a special area that featured local nonprofits and agencies.
For the first time RSVP was also a presenter at the expo. RSVP outreach specialist Rob Paine spoke to attendees along with RSVP volunteer engagement leader Ken Kozloff on how volunteering can enhance your resume.
This great annual event is always a wonderful way to top off National Volunteer Appreciation month.
Thank you volunteers for everything you do!
