APAH is conducting a resident customer satisfaction survey regarding the provision of maintenance, leasing, and resident services at its properties. The plan is to survey all leaseholders over a four year period. In fall 2018 interviews will be conducted at three properties with a total of about 340 leaseholders, about 25% of the total population of leaseholders. The results of the survey will be used to inform APAH of residents’ satisfaction with services and identify areas for improvement.
